Carroll has been a successful non-fiction writer publishing “Advice From The Lemonade Stand, 2nd Edition” in 2012, and many articles, manuals, and marketing materials for others.  Since retiring and moving to Mexico, she has been gifted with the time and space to write the fictional stories that has percolated in the backroads of her mind for years.  Inspired by Jean Auel, James Michner, Robert Jordon, Robert Heinlein, Diana Gabaldon and other writers of long tales, Carroll’s Aggran Chronicles use interplanetary settings and historical touchpoints to dramatize the legal and ethical fallout of unequal technological contact through character-driven mysteries and cultural upheaval. 

Carroll lives near Lake Chapala, Mexico with her wife, Jettie Pugh and their two dogs, Izzy and Molly.
